Club Conduct Policy

Queen’s Park Football Club is a friendly club open to all. We like to be welcomed as true football supporters when we travel away from home.

The SFA and SFL have also introduced new regulations with regard to supporter behaviour or what is termed Unacceptable Conduct.

We would ask all supporters to take the time to read this policy document, and to observe the regulations.

UNACCEPTABLE CONDUCT IS CONDUCT WHICH IS VIOLENT OR DISORDERLY

A person present at, or in the immediate environs of an official match, engages in Unacceptable Conduct where their conduct is violent and/or disorderly.

Conduct is violent where there is actual, attempted or threatened physical violence against a person or persons - or intentional damage to property.

Disorderly conduct includes:

Conduct which stirs up or sustains, or is likely or is designed to stir up or sustain hatred or ill will against or towards individuals or groups of people because of: Gender, colour, race, nationality (including citizenship) or ethnic or national origin, membership or presumed membership, of a religious group or of a social or cultural group with perceived religious affiliation, sexual orientation, or disability.

Using threatening, abusive or insulting words or conduct.

Displaying, writing or any other thing which is threatening, abusive or insulting.

These regulations, which apply at all domestic matches, mean that unacceptable conduct by supporters will lead to clubs being penalised.

If you hear of someone behaving in an inappropriate manner, putting the Club at risk, you can report them by telephoning 0141 632 1275 and asking for Safety Officer.

Alternatively you can e-mail secretary@queensparkfc.co.uk

Fans who do behave in an inappropriate manner, bringing the Club into disrepute, will face limited or lifetime bans, loss of their membership and/or season ticket, or arrest by the Police.
