Super facilities - and a lot of work!

WHILE the Queen's Park group will undoubtedly have the benefit of some superb facilities for their Algarve adventure, this will be no holiday camp for anybody involved on the trip, as the chart below indicates.
It gives an outline of the planned daily activities for the trip, with little time for lounging around on the wonderful beaches.



Under the terms of the Da Vinci Initiative, players are expected to be able to demonstrate clear advancements from the training regime. And to make sure these improvements do take place, they have already undergone a wide variety of tests to show their physical condition. Similar tests will be carried out on their return - allowing medical staff to measure the improvements.
